An iPhone app that scores how smooth a drive would feel to a passenger, from the phone's own sensors or a RaceBox. This site holds its legal documents and how to get help.
The quickest route is inside the app: Settings → Send feedback. It lets you attach a trip archive or a diagnostic log, shows you exactly what each contains before anything is composed, and opens a mail draft addressed to bonjour@drivewithchauffeur.com. Nothing is ever sent without you pressing Send.
Writing to that address directly works too, as does the issue tracker for anything that looks wrong on this site. Say which iPhone and iOS version you have, the app version from the bottom of Settings → About & legal, and what you expected to happen.
Beta builds are distributed through Apple's TestFlight. Install the TestFlight app from the App Store, open the invitation link you were given, and Chauffeur appears in TestFlight with an Install button. Beta builds expire ninety days after they are uploaded; TestFlight tells you when a newer one is available.
A crash in a TestFlight build reaches us automatically through Apple, with no personal data attached. Taking a screenshot inside the app offers to send it to us with a note — that is TestFlight's own feedback route and the most useful one for anything that is not a crash.
